Community Guidelines
Our community is built on trust, mutual support, and faith. These guidelines help us maintain a safe, encouraging space for everyone.
Our Values
Faith.Everything we do is rooted in the belief that God's grace transforms lives. We center on Scripture, prayer, and spiritual growth.
Support. We walk alongside one another through every season. Real transformation takes time, and we're in it for the long haul.
Trust. This is a private, invite-only community. What is shared here stays here. We lead with empathy, never judgment.
Safety. Every member deserves to feel safe and respected. We actively protect our community from harm.
Expected Behavior
- Be respectful. Treat every member with dignity. Disagreement is fine; disrespect is not.
- Vulnerability is welcome.Honest discussions of hardship — housing, custody, finances, addiction, mental health — are expected and encouraged.
- Encourage, don't judge. Meet people where they are. Celebrate progress, no matter how small.
- Protect privacy.Never share another member's personal information or story outside this community.
- Ask for help.If you're struggling, reach out. That's what we're here for.
Not Allowed
- Harassment or bullying. Targeted insults, intimidation, or threats directed at any individual.
- Hate speech. Content targeting anyone based on race, religion, gender, sexuality, disability, or any other protected characteristic.

How Moderation Works
We use a multi-layered approach to keep this community safe:
- Automated screening.Every post and message is checked for harmful content before it's published. This catches severe violations immediately.
- Community reports. Members can flag content that concerns them. Reports go directly to staff for review.
- Staff review. Our staff team reviews flagged content and reports, and takes action when needed.
The automated system is tuned to be understanding of the real-life challenges our members face. Sharing past hardships, asking for help, and honest vulnerability will not be flagged. We only block content that poses a genuine safety risk.
How to Report
If you see content that violates these guidelines or makes you feel unsafe, you can report it:
- Forum posts and threads: Click the flag icon on any post or thread to submit a report.
- Direct messages: Click the flag icon on any message to report it to staff.
All reports are reviewed by staff. The person you reported will not be told who filed the report.
Appeals
If your content was blocked and you believe it was a mistake, you can appeal through the moderation page in your account. Staff will review your appeal and respond as quickly as possible.
We know that automated systems aren't perfect, and we take every appeal seriously. Our goal is to protect the community while preserving the open, supportive environment that makes this platform special.
