Stopping The Legacy of Incarceration

ChannelMom's Prison Outreach program is "fighting crime one mom at a time." We stand as a beacon of hope dedicated to breaking the cycle of incarceration--restoring healing and dignity to incarcerated moms and their children. Our program is called Forever Moms (because once a mom, always a mom, no matter the circumstances). The Forever Moms curriculum is designed in collaboration with ShesCherished and ENGAGE Parenting and based on scriptural principles. Through personalized support and evidence-based strategies, we guide incarcerated moms on a journey of inner healing and equip them with the skills to parent effectively. Our mission extends beyond prison walls, successfully halting recidivism (moms who go through our program are much less likely to return to prison) and dismantling the intergenerational legacy of imprisonment.
